ℹ️ How do I book a ticket?

The easiest way to buy your ticket is booking your online trip on www.greenlinetours.com.
Following the purchase and registration at www.greenlinetours.com you will receive an email, and by opening the attached link you will confirm your registration to the site, you will also receive a password that is generated automatically that you will be able to choose to change in at any time.  Following the confirmed registration as protecting your right to privacy.
Your booking confirmation is always delivered by mail (please also watch spam folder). Order PDF is available at your personal area →”My Purchases” to see your tickets, be seen on mobile phones and tablet.

You can also book your trips on the phone by contacting our Customer Support Team (+39 06 4827480), at our outlets / travel agencies or directly with the bus driver.

ℹ️ Are included in tours a commentary or a guide?

The GREEN LINE TOURS Hop On Hop Off tour includes English language commentary, pre-recorded audio multilingual commentary and professional guide on board, also included free route map, free WIFI on board.

ℹ️ What are the arrangements for reimbursement for the open bus services?

At discretion, in exceptional circumstances, should a refund be agreed to. Refund requests should be produced within 10 days from the date of the tour and sent to info@greenlinetours.com together with the original ticket of the tour; the following information must be provided: date of the purchase of the voucher, order number of the voucher, name of the customer (the same as the one on the voucher).

For Tours of Rome and surroundings with no overnight accommodation:

  • Up to 24 hours / one working day prior to departure: no penalty.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% penalty.
  • No show: 100% penalty.

For Tours with overnight accommodation:

  • Up to 2 working days prior to departure: no penalty.
  • Less than 48 hours prior to departure: 50% penalty.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% penalty.
  • No show: 100% penalty.

Our route has 9 stops reported in our map with corresponding number and address. the departure terminal is in Piazza dei Cinquecento and in each stop you can have the ascent and descent of our buses through our “Hop on Hop Off” service.

PAYMENT

ℹ️  How can I pay for my booking?

The payment method depends on where you make the purchase.

For your online booking we accept: credit / debit card:

and also all cards complies with Paypal gateway.

Purchase on board: once you have chosen your seat you will be issued a cash payment receipt. The payment certificate also acts as a ticket / payment confirmation. Please note that purchasing tickets directly from the bus driver will pay the standard fare. Savings and discount tickets are only available for online purchase or at one of our outlets or travel agencies. Unfortunately not all cars are enabled for credit card payment on board our buses.

Purchased from Ticket Office / Travel Agency: You can use all the payment methods offered by the same agency. In any case, cash payment is always possible.

By telephone: credit card (Mastercard / Visa / Amex).

Please note that some payment options may include charges for third party fees. However, there are payment methods that do not charge for commissions. Rates will be shown during the booking process.

PROBLEM-SOLVING

ℹ️ How long is my ticket valid for?

Hop On Hop Off: The expiration date of your ticket starts from the selected date when you booked. During this time is possible to Get On or Off from the bus freely.

Tours Outside Rome: Excursion journeys for one or many days outside Rome includes accomodation. The expiration date run out of check out day.
