Payment

The payment method depends on where you make the purchase.

For your online booking we accept: credit / debit card:

and also all cards complies with Paypal gateway.

Purchase on board: once you have chosen your seat you will be issued a cash payment receipt. The payment certificate also acts as a ticket / payment confirmation. Please note that purchasing tickets directly from the bus driver will pay the standard fare. Savings and discount tickets are only available for online purchase or at one of our outlets or travel agencies. Unfortunately not all cars are enabled for credit card payment on board our buses.

Purchased from Ticket Office / Travel Agency: You can use all the payment methods offered by the same agency. In any case, cash payment is always possible.

By telephone: credit card (Mastercard / Visa / Amex).

Please note that some payment options may include charges for third party fees. However, there are payment methods that do not charge for commissions. Rates will be shown during the booking process.

At discretion, in exceptional circumstances, should a refund be agreed to. Refund requests should be produced within 10 days from the date of the tour and sent to [email protected] together with the original ticket of the tour; the following information must be provided: date of the purchase of the voucher, order number of the voucher, name of the customer (the same as the one on the voucher).

For Tours of Rome and surroundings with no overnight accommodation:

  • Up to 24 hours / one working day prior to departure: no penalty.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% penalty.
  • No show: 100% penalty.

For Tours with overnight accommodation:

  • Up to 2 working days prior to departure: no penalty.
  • Less than 48 hours prior to departure: 50% penalty.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% penalty.
  • No show: 100% penalty.
