ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION

The Company has implemented an Environmental Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard, certified by an Independent Third Party Certification Body, accredited by Accredia.

Accredia is the only national body authorized by the State to carry out accreditation activities of Certification Bodies.

By virtue of this accreditation, our ISO 14001 Certificate is recognized and accepted internationally.

To obtain and maintain the UNI EN ISO 14001 Quality Certificate means that:

  • The environmental aspects related to the delivery of our services have been evaluated;
  • The binding requirements, which determine what our organization must do to protect the environment, have been respected;
  • The economic resources needed to adapt the company to changing laws are constantly invested;
  • The company favors collaborations with suppliers who strive to protect the environment by promoting concrete initiatives;
  • The environmental aspects on which our company has an influence are audited at least once a year by ex-officio examiners and operating on behalf of the Certification Body.

  • The services offered to our customers are always monitored, and we can prove it;
  • The services offered to our customers are provided under controlled conditions both during planning and delivery;
  • Important controls are systematically recorded in order to intervene immediately in the event of anomalies found;
  • The organization operates for processes that all, globally, compete to meet the expectations of our customers;
  • Any complaints submitted by our customers are readily handled by company-specific resources that always provide a response within defined times;
  • Our processes and services are audited at least once a year by outside staff, acting on behalf of the Certification Body.
