Obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9001 2000 Certificate of Quality has meant that the quality control systems in place within the company's organization have been fully defined, as has the establishment of levels of responsibility, in order to maintain the complete control of the product and so to satisfy the customer needs and requirements in accordance with the definition of "quality" as set out in Rule ISO 8402.
